Over time we have been cataloging many food functions and events. I encouraged everyone involved in our production to take opportunities to take photos of our team’s work. Having been a chef for more years than I care to count, I like to think of my opportunity here to develop the skill sets of each of our team members. Their journey started the day we joined together and opened the food service. It’s my hope our team’s collaborations will build each and everyone’s confidence, as well as, stretch one’s culinary imagination to unlimited possibilities. As we work catering or everyday food services, if the opportunity affords itself, I encourage our team members to document work for their own archives and future reference. Concurrently, I felt it important to share with you some of the events, past and present, through photos. Please browse through the various blog postings and photos. If you’re planning your an event, perhaps some of these photos may assist in your decisions. We originally started posting our photos using Linea. It’s a great little app and still serves us well. However, because of the additional steps of uploading photos as a photo album and then repeatedly inviting each and everyone thru email invite, seemed a hassle, I thought an open blog would be much easier to bring everyone together. My current challenge is to bring together all the Linea photos and reorder chronologically our past events. I hope this works. This blog should also serve to give our clients an opportunity to see their own events or even perhaps take a moment to see what others have done. Moving forward, we should see a nice timeline develop with some interesting progressions.
