Sometimes you just want to do something more than the same ole same ole; to offer something more interesting to what may have been done in the past.

We are always looking to improve our lineup of offerings, keeping it fresh, interesting and listening to our customers and client’s suggestions on what they would like to see. Sometime ago, we introduced a “bento” style box with individual compartments. Adopting the bento box style, we filled it with some sandwich and chilled entrée selections. It caught on! And since its initial launch, we have found this to be a popular lunch option from the standard cold lunch buffet trays. The idea of a complete meal that is portable and self-contained is just one other way of serving that work group, where time constraints or group activities may take precedence. This could be the working solution for your lunch group.
