Another successful event for an all-day training session.
Deb was kind enough to work thru Joe some of the levels of service and food presentations she was interested in seeing. We aim to please, so here is a “Lunch & Learn” with some “Pizzazz & Panache”. Our guests had a cold gourmet lunch spread allowing for customizing each their own salad with a selection of well-prepared marinated & grilled beef, chicken and shrimp options. A wide assortment of roasted vegetables, as well as, nuts and cheeses. A very nice Tomato Bisque was added to complement the cold gourmet spread. And last but not least a tray of mini dessert bars and cheesecakes. A picture is worth a thousand words…………..so here are those thousands of words.
