Lots goin’ on in catering. I’ve fallen a bit behind trying to maintain posts on the blog as we move from event to event.
For October 2014 we assisted with a GOLD event for our client (V.I.P), hosting key business partners. Vicky handed off the food service portion of this event to a willing, capable and eager staff to pull off a reception prior to speaking engagements and networking among the meeting’s attendees. Our goal, ensure our client’s hospitality is well received and notable. We did this with elegant assorted displays of hors d’oeuvres, desserts and beverages properly themed to our client’s request. The following pictures indicate, I think we achieved these goals. Food looked awesome and tasted just the same. Well done!….. to everyone who participated.
Moving forward, we need to continue to create innovative menus and maintain our high level of services, to match our client’s expectations. I can tell you personally, I relish these opportunities and challenge our staff to exceed their previous best efforts.
