This is a keeper. I don’t know about you, but as a kid, one of my favorite frozen treats was the dreamsicle or orange creamsicle. This dessert parfait brings back all those memories in all its orange glory and goodness. Made with orange sherbet in its base. We change the state from frozen to a liquid, add condensed milk, some vanilla bean and stabilizer. Layered with yellow cake and vanilla mousse. We added mandarin oranges to finish off this marvelous concoction. An uncanny and remarkable remake of a childhood favorite.

For Fall, or anytime really. You can’t go wrong with apples. This dessert parfait combines apples, caramel cake and fresh cinnamon whipped cream.

Summer and strawberries go hand in hand. This is the classic Strawberry Shortcake Parfait.
