Our team had an opportunity to design and create three interesting hot sauces. From the recipes, we worked up three distinctive hot sauces. Thee different heat levels and flavor profiles.
Our mild version is called Liquid Fire. Made from Guajillo peppers and roasted tomatoes. Just the right amount of kick. It gets your attention.
Bumped up to the next level, we have Liquid Tierra. This green concoction has an interesting blend of serrano peppers and toasted pumpkin seeds.
Finally, we have the gold standard, called Liquid Gold, straight from the sun’s core (ok, I’m exaggerating a bit, but you get the idea!), made with habenaros and mango. These bad boys pack a wollup and feels like a millions springs zinging away on your palate. A real different kind of heat.
The design of the labels fell into my wheelhouse, but the recipes were a collaboration of our fine staff. This fun project was a good learning experience for how to make and bottle our own hot sauces. It goes to show how a little magic, some imagination, turns out into a final product. Pretty cool!; Well Very Hot…….but still pretty cool.
